Dr. AmandaRae Shelton

Hi, I'm Dr. AmandaRae Shelton, founder of Be(com)ing LLC. My work brings together positive psychology, wellbeing science, coaching, learning and development, and yoga to help people cultivate lives that feel more aligned, meaningful, and sustainable.

Through my own experiences navigating life's challenges, transitions, and the ongoing practice of self-discovery, I've come to believe that flourishing is not about perfection or constantly striving for more. It's about returning to ourselves, reconnecting with what matters most, and creating the conditions for growth one intentional step at a time.

I created Be(com)ing to offer a space where evidence-informed practices, reflection, and embodied awareness come together to support lasting wellbeing.
